This special guided hiking tour allows you to see and experience our environment in a respectful, conscious way.  

Your tour guide selects the best options for the day and your group. This two hour hike takes in the Carlo Sandblow, part of the Great Sandy National Park, and meanders through beautiful forests.  This hike has a good track, with hills, outlooks and can be a little rocky underfoot at times. (2hours)

Alternatively you may wish to make a guided hike to the beautiful Lake Poona.  Hike begins at Bymien Picnic area on the Freshwater Road.  This hike will have some time for swimming in Lake Poona and we recommend bringing a towel and a light snack such as fruit. (3hours)

We believe in creating the least amount of disturbance to the inhabitants of this area and as such will guide your hike with the utmost respect to the animals and environment.  

We also are aware of our responsibility to leave things better than we find them and as such our business takes measures to ensure minimal environmental impact in all our operations.

Your hiking tour will last approximately two hours and your price is inclusive of national park entry fees.

You will need appropriate clothing for the tour, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, water.
