Join us as we facilitate and celebrate women and girls becoming active and exploring sports and fitness options available. Our surf lesson for women and girls aims to show off surfing as a supportive yet challenging hobby/sport/activity that can provide the participant with great opportunities for personal development, support and stress relief.
Facilitated by Sarah Booth, Rainbow Beach Learn to Surf and Cooloola Coast Pilates, supported by Dean Marshall, Rainbow Beach Learn to Surf and the Learnings Program, we aim to offer a fun and supportive beginner surfing lesson at Rainbow Beach on International Womens Day.
